Elegant carvings, sconces and frescoes grace the domed ceiling of this massive chamber. Masterfully crafted bookshelves adorned with intricate scroll-work engravings circle the chamber, with columns and rows of many more laid precisely in the center. Attendants roam the chamber, some returning books to their original locations, while others clean and organize the shelves.
One shelf draws your eye, meticulously engraved with a sword superimposed over a rearing griffon, and upon it rest a black dusty tome titled "Volume I", a dusty grey tome titled "Volume II", and a dusty dark tome titled "Volume III". The shelf's engraving has been inset with metallic foil work and studded with tiny gemstones.
Another shelf which has been engraved with the name "Fenog's Regulars" holds a twilight blue notebook and an owl embossed notebook. Papers, scrolls and journals are stacked upon the remaining shelves, while one shelf has been meticulously cleared off and cleaned in preparation for new books to be added.
Cobwebs have been strung between the shelves anchoring around the scones in a seemingly abandoned portion of the chamber. A thin layer of dust has settled on everything but the books resting on the shelves, evident the attendants have neglected this section entirely. With closer inspection a flurry of fuzzy spiders swarm over each tome housed here carefully keeping the dust at bay. Occasionally one wanders off above where a rather larger fuzzy arachnid lords over the shelves; clinging to a web of impressive size canopying the shelves below.
Dozens of tiny spiders scurry across the volumes here, a dusty plaque barely reads "All about the Turamzzyrian Empire." in immaculate condition a thick silver-hued volume titled "History of the Turamzzyrian Empire" and a bulky sand-hued guidebook titled "A Traveler's Guide to the Turamzzyrian Empire" rest on the dust laden shelves.
